Policy

1. Quality Policy (9 January 2020)

Neo Factory Co.,Ltd is passionate about delivering quality products to end consumers especially in this competitive environment. Our quality driven focus helps us prioritize supporting and facilitating any factor that helps to improve quality, thus, our quality policy emphasizes on the following: “Progressive innovations for advance products. Focus on quality with continuous development.”

2. Environmental Policy (1 February 2020)

Neo Factory Co.,Ltd has the desire to instigate our activities with awareness on environmental social responsibilities, consumer safety as well as employee safety and hygiene.

We always place importance on environmental impact and customer safety in every process, from product introduction and service to when we do continuous improvement. We bear in mind not only how to prevent pollution and other environmental impacts but also consider ways to conserve natural resources along with how to reduce energy waste. As such, the company set the following environmental policies:

A. The company manages internal waste under the 3Rs principal: Reduce Reuse Recycle.

B. The company strictly follows corporate environmental laws as a contribution to the prevention and reduction of environmental impact and we aim to meet the targets.

C. The company communicates our environmental policies and activities with our employees to encourage our people to participate in managing and taking care of the environment.

3. Safety Policy (20 April 2021)

Because we care about our staff safety and aim for effective safety measures, Neo Factory Co.,Ltd set the following safety policies:

A. Safety at work is everyone’s responsibilities and we must follow the safety guidelines for our own and other people’s safety as well as the safety of corporate’s assets during operating hours.

B. All staff must participate in corporate safety projects.

C. All levels of supervisors must act as roles models to raise work safety awareness and seek to manage and improve safe working condition and procedures.

D. The company will support safety-related work in accordance with the company’s safety and other related policies.

E. The company will monitor operations in accordance with the company’s safety and other related policies.

Other standards

1. GMP for Cosmetics and Hazardous substances

1. GMP ASEASN Cosmetic from Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

Neo Factory Co.,Ltd is certified by GMP ASEASN Cosmetic from FDA Thailand on 8th May 2019 which is a an international standard accepted by both Thailand and other countries. This is a guideline for cosmetic goods production that can be adapted to suit the manufacturers. In addition, this increases the opportunity for export while guaranteeing consumers of international quality products.

2. GMP for Hazardous substances from Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

Neo Factory Co.,Ltd is certified by GMP for Hazardous substances from FDA Thailand on 4th December 2019 and this certification covers factory’s location, building structure, safe and high quality manufacturing standards. Every step must meet the specifications: production planning, material control during production process, the finished goods, product storage, quality control, end consumer delivery, data collection system, product quality checking and monitoring including effective sanitation and hygiene system. All for the sake of producing high quality and safe products to ensure consumer confidence.

2. ISO9001:2015 Standard

ISO9001:2015 Quality Management system is an internationally recognized standard for process management for quality goods or services to consistently meet consumer needs.

Neo Factory Co.,Ltd’s ISO9001:2015 is certified by SGS Thailand Limited under United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), whose international standard is recognized by global businesses, on 30th October 2019. This illustrates our drive to excel in term of quality and demonstrates our operations’ effectiveness, proven by traceable and responsible procedures, so our stakeholders can safely trust our products’ quality.

3. ISO14001:2015

ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems is an internationally recognized standard for environment management system to boost business internal environmental capacity and sustainability.

Neo Factory Co.,Ltd’s ISO14001:2015 is certified by SGS Thailand Limited under United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), whose international standard is recognized by worldwide businesses, on 8th December 2020. The objective is to build business awareness on the importance of environmental management to encourage enterprises to improve both the environment and business growth simultaneously. The focus on pollution prevention and environmental conservation should reduce the impact on the environment and lead to manufacturing cost reduction.

4. Green Industry Level 3

At present, the likelihood of environmental damage is higher than ever due to the increasing population and more technologies for people’s convenience. Natural degradation has various impacts on humans such as greenhouse effect, more violent natural disasters, and widespread pollution. All of which directly impact our quality of life and that is why we should pay heed, care for, and protect our environment continuously.

Neo Factory Co.,Ltd is a Thai’s leading manufacturer with international standard. As part of the community, we are aware and place great importance on the current environmental issues. We study a variety of issues and effects including seeking solutions to prevent these issues from occurring by lifting our working procedures to meet the Green Industry standard as specified by the Ministry of Industry. We measure the air quality in our workplace, analyze waste water’s quality, evaluate the air quality released from the factory to prove how much Neo Factory truly care and collaborate with the community. Neo Factory Co.,Ltd is certified with Green Industry Level 3, which reflects our systematic environmental management and consistent evaluations and improvements, on 1st March 2021. We are proud of our contribution in environmental sustainability.

5. FDA Quality Award

Neo Factory Co.,Ltd received FDA Quality Award 2020 for general cosmetics from Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on 11th June 2020 as a manufacturer that operates under the standard guideline and show responsibility towards consumers with ethical and principled production that deliver safe products. The main criteria for evaluating manufacturers for this award is the production of commercial health related products that meet quality standard including the ability to maintain such standard and continuous quality system improvement. In short, FDA Quality Award is given to manufacturers that can control product quality they sell to the market and being socially responsible role models for other manufacturers.
